HOW IT WORKS
1 - BOOK ONLINE , BY EMAIL OR BY PHONE
Include the phone number and full delivery address, including the city.
Make sure to add details, characters, colors, hobbies, party theme... the more we know, the more personal your yard sign will feel. Don't forget a photo of the setup location so we can properly plan the yard sign.
You are booking an approximate delivery window. Rental is NOT FOR 1 HOUR. Most rentals are 24 hours. Exact delivery time is not guaranteed but will always be before sunrise, unless otherwise specified.*
2 - PREP THE AREA FOR INSTALLATION
Prior to delivery, Please have the installation area clear of any obstacles and give the area a light watering if possible to soften up the ground. (winter excluded)
3 - WE INSTALL ANYWHERE, ANY TIME!
Installation is normally on the front lawn, unless otherwise specified. Not only are we able to install on grass, but we are also able to install our signs on pavement and even indoors! We are lawn sign wizards... But we wouldn't want to startle anyone. If you will not be home during installation, please let your neighbours and/or an adult member of the household know there will be someone in the yard.
Please call us right away if you encounter any issues or need our help. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your lawn card.
4 - TAG AND BRAG!!!
We love celebrating your special occasions with you. We encourage you to take photos and video of your guest of honours' reaction!

5 - WE PICK UP
We will send you a text to advise you that we are on our way to pick up the yard sign. Pickup occurs roughly 24 hours after installation.
PAYMENT METHOD
Upon booking, we will confirm inventory for your lawn card and send you an invoice via email.
You may pay by e-transfer (preferred) or cash. Once payment is received your lawn Card booking is confirmed.
We work really hard to bring you an amazing unique experience, please remember that tips are never expected, but always much appreciated.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment is required 24 HOURS AFTER the date of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date.
You may be charged for missing or damaged lawn Card items.
For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn Cards. The lawn Cards will not support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.
Please take pride in your lawn Card, and treat it with respect. Please DO NOT rearrange the lawn Card.
Please DO NOT vandalize or throw away our lawn Cards, even if you do not like the lawn Card given to you. Simply give us a call and will come remove it.
Please DO NOT mow your lawn after the lawn Card has been installed. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come before we set up.
Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the lawn Card. Hot balloons may damage our displays.
We encourage you to take photos, post to social media and then "tag and brag" However, please DO NOT pull the lawn Cards from the ground when doing so.
Cour Carte Montreal and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.
*REFUND POLICY
If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.
In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn Cards. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, blizzard and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn Cards in harm's way.
No refunds will be given due to the client providing the wrong address.
No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display early.
No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control.
PRIVACY POLICY
Cour Carte Montreal is committed to providing exceptional customer services. Our policy outlines our continuous obligations to you and in respect of how we manage your personal information. Cour Carte Montreal reserves the right to use any photographs/video taken of the lawn Card installed, without the expressed written permission of the client. Cour Carte Montreal may use the photographs or videos in publications or other media material. Our images will never use full names, addresses or personal identifyng information. If you do not wish to have your photos used for media purposes, please let us know at the time of booking.
By placing an order/booking with Cour Carte Montreal, either by phone, email, form, Facebook, Instagram or in person means that you agree to the terms and conditions as well as the policies stated above.
